In today's market, thin gauge packaging products represent the largest portion of production in the thermoforming industry. Custom Plastic Forming has three inline machines available for around-the-clock operation, if necessary. Thin gauge forming is particularly well-suited for trays, clamshells, point of purchase displays and similar high-volume requirements for the automotive, pharmaceutical, food, recreation, electronics, consumer products and many other markets. Thermoforming is typically the most economical means of producing these types of products, which are formed and die-cut in one consolidated process.

In
general, our inline machines can handle any material that comes in roll
form. Single part sizes can be as large as 30 inches x 36 inches,
but molds can typically be manufactured to accommodate multiple parts within
that area. This means greater production quantities in a shorter
period of time at less cost. These parameters for our inline machines
are just rough guidelines. There is much more to consider including
the "draw" (or depth) of the part, the composition of the plastic being
used and many other factors. Our design engineering capabilities,
in-house tooling design and manufacture along with quality part manufacturing
