Thin
gauge forming: Custom Plastic Forming
has three inline machines available
for
around-the-clock operation, if necessary. Thin gauge forming is particularly
well-suited
for trays, clamshells, point of purchase displays and similar high-volume
requirements
for the automotive, pharmaceutical, food, recreation, electronics,
consumer
products and many other markets.

Pressure
forming: Pressure forming is a type
of thermoforming that involves the
traditional
"vacuum draw" to pull the heated plastic onto the mold. But at the
same
time,
air is also inserted from the "back side" of the mold to press the plastic
more
firmly.
The result is sharp corners and other details normally attainable only
through
injection
molding.

Pre-printed
3-D part molding: This thermoform process
involves raw stock that is
"distortion
printed" utilizing computer generated graphics. The appearance the
plastic
is
drawn down over the mold.

Acrylic
fabrication: Custom Plastic Forming
also offers a range of acrylic and sheet
fabrication
operations. Typical products include point of purchase displays,
cubes,
ATV/golf cart windshields and enclosures. Among the operations we

heat bending, flame polishing, drilling, milling and gluing.
