We have outstanding facilities and equipment.  Our physical plant provides plenty of room to warehouse raw materials as well as finished goods  (we are able offer JIT delivery from stocked production runs).  Our equipment is modern and versatile.  CPF has a variety of both "station" and "inline" thermoforming machines to handle virtually any gauge material.  Robotic trimming/routing machines, tool room for mold design/building, broad "secondary" fabrication capabilities and CAD design are other in-house offerings.

We have outstanding people.  Our skilled workforce averages more than 15 years of experience specifically in thermoform plastic production.  Custom Plastic employees are also skilled at acrylic fabrication and can perform virtually any operations required for your product....all the way to sub-assembly and packaging.

We are quality conscious.  Custom Plastic Forming is ISO compliant and is currently working towards certification...expected in 2004.

We are flexible.  A lot of our customers have come to us because other thermoformers have told them that their orders were too small, required too fast of a turnaround or were simply too difficult or impossible to mold.  While we don't promise to take on every job, we do promise to treat you with respect and help solve your problems.

We're conveniently located.  Our plant in Salisbury, NC (near Charlotte) provides rapid access to major interstate highways.  In addition, Charlotte is a shipping hub for many common carriers.  What this means is that you can get your orders from CPF quickly and predictably.
