Molding of pre-printed plastic stock is an area of specialization for Custom Plastic Forming, with end products aimed principally to the point-of-purchase industry. This process involves raw stock that is "distortion printed" utilizing computer generated graphics. The appearance won't look correct until the molding occurs...when the plastic is drawn down over the mold. Execution of this process requires careful attention to detail and the ability to hold close registration.
